Abstract :
This study was undertaken in Dafeng city, where the SWAT model was used to analyze the space distribution of non point source pollution. Firstly, the spatial and attribute database of the three river basins were established based on GIS technology. Secondly, we made SWAT model applicable in this area through dividing river sub-basin artificially. Then the runoff and the water quality data series from 2003 to 2008 were collected to calibrate the parameters and validate the model. After getting the flow Production and non-point pollutant space distribution, contribution of different types of land use to the result was analyzed. It indicated that low coverage meadow, construction land and cultivated land produced the most runoff in this area. In general, the production of non-point source pollution in the east is more than that in the west. And the cultivated land produced the most TP per unit area.
