Abstract :
This paper presents a complete new family of Linearizer / Channel Amplifier designed to further optimize the Traveling Wave Tube (TWT) operation by providing close-to-ideal TWT linearization and offering new features improving TWT operating point management. The building block approach allows to handle a rich portfolio of needs from C to Ka band, with all known ground command and telemetry interface formats. Designs can also readily be adjusted to specific mechanical interface constraints while remaining compatible with mass production to cope with the sharp growth of the telecommunications satellite demand.
