Abstract :
In this paper, Very Minimum Chirp Keying (VMCK) modulated signals are filtered by Band Pass Filtering (BPF) and are demodulated in AWGN channel. Symbol error rate (SER), power spectral density (PSD) and occupied bandwidth of transmitting information are analyzed. The simulation shows that the SER is less than 10-3 when SNR is 5dB and filter order is 300. The SER is less than 10-3 when SNR is lOdB to 15dB and filter order is 400. The spectrum efficiency can reach 50bps/Hz and lbps/Hz with SNR of 5dB when PSD curves descend to 30dB and 60dB respectively.
