Research on contents and system of post-evaluation of highway project design

With the development of economy and society, China´s highway construction has made a great achievement, but there are also some factors related to project design that affected the quality of the projects. In order to improve the quality of the design and analyze the changes in cost and so on, it is necessary to have a post-evaluation of highway project design. From the theoretical and practical point of the view, the contents of the post-evaluation of project design are determined based on the analysis of common quality problems related to project design and from four dimensions. According to the analysis of the goals of highway project design and its post-evaluation, and based on the contents of the post-evaluation of project design, an index system and a judge standard are put forward.
