Abstract :
The capabilities and advantages of multi-layer thin-film lumped element circuits over distributed and discrete lumped component circuits are discussed. Schematics, photographs, and measured data for a band-pass filter, three-way power divider, and phase shifter are provided to illustrate these advantages.
