Abstract :
In order to study Soil and water conservation principles of the sea-buckthorn flexible dam in Soft Rock Region, PTV (Particle Tracking Velocimetry) technology is used in this paper, which is the Advanced technology of Flow velocity measurements in fluid mechanics. Some experiments were done in the wild. The velocity field of sea-buckthorn flexible dam was measured by image capture device. Through the data analysis, it shows that the PTV technology works well, and its using has made good results. The interception silt principle of the sea-buckthorn flexible dam was promulgated initially. And this has provided the scientific basis for the further application and promotion of PTV.
