Abstract :
A detailed analysis of the lower Yellow River sediment quantity of scour-silt and entered the Yellow River downstream years effective content, years of sediment and sediment composition relationships. The reservoir influenced strongly and small effect two cases, put forward in the lower reaches of river silt capacity calculation formula for many years. By comparison with the field data analysis, the formula can reflect the total downstream of the scour and silting evolution process, can be used to predict the future the Yellow River downstream channel scour and silting trends.
