Variable Weight Combining Forecasts Based on Forecasting Error

This paper proposes a method based on forecasting error to acquire the variable weights since the fixed weight combinations cannot attain a satisfactory result because the forecasting accuracy of each individual model is variable at different time. The innovation of this paper lies in that this method can be generalized to two-time, three-time or more-time combining forecasts.
