Abstract :
The proposal is a written document designed to get the reader to spend money for a product or service. If the proposal is illustrated, the pictures are usually viewed first. Graphics can establish the essence of the message before the proposal is completely reviewed. For this to be done effectively, the project must be broken down into a series of specific tasks, each of which is envisioned pictorially. Mental pictures are then recorded on a planning work sheet known as the storyboard. A sequence of storyboards makes it possible to review together graphics and text before the proposal is written. The proposal illustrated with captioned graphics leads the reader to anticipate the story contained in the text
