Abstract :
Based on similarity science and extension logic, this paper presents further exploration on a novel reasoning called similarity reasoning for solving incompatible problems. The reasoning is driven by problems and their solving. It aims to solve incompatible problems by using similarity transformations. In this paper, three basic similarity reasoning are given including similarity reasoning of characteristic elements, relationship similarity reasoning and problem similarity reasoning. Three similarity transformations based on similarity reasoning are proposed including similar target transformation, similar condition transformation and similar tactics transformation. Finally, the similarity innovation method based on similarity reasoning is provided. The study shows that making similarity transformations based on similarity reasoning are effective way to solve incompatible problems and make innovation.
