Abstract :
A code for MIG calculation using BEM has been developed. A single anode MIG for a 35 GHz gyro-amplifier operating at 70 kV and 10 A has been designed using BEM this code. It has been proved that the BEM is an effective approach for analysis of MIG system and electron optics system in gyro-devices.
