Abstract :
Tolerance to SPM is evaluated in a dispersion-compensated transmission using optical BPSK single sideband modulation. Optical Manchester code is more tolerant to fiber nonlinearity and less pattern dependency than the NRZ format on BPSK-SSB transmission.
