Abstract :
Describes a framework for concisely capturing, categorizing, sorting, distributing, resolving, and, most important, not losing track of key technical or management information, especially the small or subtle points raised at team meetings which can later become show stoppers. Each category of information (decisions/action items/concerns) is maintained in a personal computer database to simplify sorting, selecting, and reporting
