Abstract
This modernized solid-state switch design provides a simple method for generating varying pulse widths for pulsed power applications. A wide range of pulse widths can be accommodated with no hardware changes. The design allows for a variety of packaging implementations, for use in both compact low power and high performance high power modulators.
