Collaborative learning for an online higher education course: a case study

Collaborative learning, which a large number of scholars have been experimenting with since Dewey wrote about it in 1924, has known a new interest with the spreading of the Internet, the latter generating in the late 90 ´s a research field called CSCL - computer supported collaborative learning. This paper describes a research project which has been done in the above mentioned field.
