Abstract
In this paper, a class of end-to end network congestion control algorithms with communication delays is studied. By choosing the communication delay as a parameter, the existence of bifurcation and the stability of the system are proved, and the formulas for determining the stability of bifurcation periodic solutions and the direction of the Hopf bifurcation are presented. Finally, the theoretical results are verify by the computer simulation.
