Abstract :
In this paper, a method based on the so-called semi-analytical partial equivalent elements circuits method is proposed. Its efficiency is studied by considering optimization of busbars taking into account electrical criteria: minimization of dissipated power, balanced current, etc. These optimizations can be directly linked to design costs. A typical industrial busbar is first presented. Then the proposed method and its implementation are detailed. A validation on a simple busbar is carried out with a comparison between measurement and simulation. Next, an automatic design is achieved to optimize a structure exhibiting balanced currents in conductors
