Abstract :
In this paper, we adopt a common model where session keys are issued and distributed by a central group controller (GC). The resources needed for the GC to distribute session keys to group members include communication, storage and computation resources. A new dynamic group key distribution scheme, in which the rekeying process that reduces computation complexity and yet maintain at least the same security degree of using symmetric encryption algorithms is also discussed.
