Abstract
New programming approach standards including develop tools and environment are introduced when people plan to design a non-procedure software. In this paper, a new concept of SHEAC (situationally heuristic engine with apperceiving components) is proposed. People can apply these new methods to build up their software more effectively and easily. The main idea of SHEAC comes from EJB container and IA (immune algorithm designed) agent.
