Abstract :
A manager´s most important and most difficult job is to manage people. If software is created by people, the human side of software development is crucial to the success of a project. In this position paper, we argue that a quantitative approach to analyze the human aspects of software development may contribute to a better understanding of different expectations and a better management of people and projects.
