Abstract :
This paper suggests a fuzzy evaluation model on the core competence of CEO and management index using fuzzy relation matrix which has possibility of fuzzy system. In this paper, core competence of CEO will be used twenty-four core competences and 5 management indexes. Here, the evaluation score of CEO for management index can be obtained using the relationship between core competence of CEO and management index. In this paper, it is expected that the management index can be improved by improvement of core competence of CEO using this evaluation score of CEO for management index.
