Abstract :
In 3G era, the mobile device diagnostics and monitoring (MDDM) play a more and more important role in operators´ service normally deployed and carried out. Under the premise of analyzing the necessity of the mobile device diagnosis and monitoring, the thesis proposes a generic method of the Mobile device diagnosis and monitoring, and builds an information model of the MDDM on base of CIM. Based on the information model, define the architecture of the MDDM according to the device management of OMA-DM; analyze each management entity in MDDM architecture. In the end a use case will be given.
