Abstract :
In order to display and analyze motion process of complex productions in virtual Environment, VPMSS (Virtual Products Motion Simulation System) is developed using virtual reality technologies in this paper. Taking Turn-milling center as example, the key technologies play an important part in motion process based on virtual reality environment. Such as data formats and translation methods between CAD and VR, making virtual scene, modeling technology based on virtual reality and so on. Firstly, the configuration and function model of virtual reality system is introduced, and then the key technologies of virtual environment are provided, which modeling of virtual reality, virtual scene and data transformation from CAD and VR are researched. Finally, the motion simulation of turn-milling center is immersed in Divison/Mockup to provide basis for next stage.
