Abstract :
These years the average price of China´s real estate increases greatly. Under this circumstance, to assist businessmen to make decisions about how to invest in the real estate market, and to help people buying real estate, this paper did deep analysis to the datum of the output value, the profits and the real estate price indices of China´s building industry. The writer used data mining software Clementine to analyze the present conditions and predict the future of the value of output, the profits and the real estate price indices in China with cluster and regression methods. We get conclusions as follows: 1998-2004, the values of output in the constructional industry of China and major Chinese cities have been increasing steadily, and they will keep increasing in the future. The plot of the building industry of China has been increasing steadily, especially in 2003 and 2004 years, and it will keep increasing either. Whereas, we predicts the price indices number of real estate in China and 35 Chinese cities to carry on an estimate greatly.
