We demonstrated a novel monolithically integrated 1times32 optical splitter/router with functions as an optical splitter for 1.31 mum-band, 1.49 mum-band and as a wavelength router for 1.55 mum-band using a low loss ripple MZI-based WDM filter and a low loss Y-branch circuit
