Abstract :
In this work, a triple-band low noise amplifier (LNA) is designed, optimized and implemented on SiGe 0.18μm BiCMOS for GSM 1800, GPS, and WCDMA applications with 16dB gain, 1.2dB noise figure and 5dBm IIP3. The design is based on a multi-objective nonlinear optimization program, which is developed as the design aid tool.
