Abstract :
Summary form only given, as follows. It is demonstrated that new modes of particle oscillations, associated with magnetic properties, can exist in a one-dimensional chain of charged magnetized particles in a plasma. The stability of equilibria, transitions between the different equilibria, and a critical dependence on the external fields and plasma parameters are investigated.
