Abstract
Summary form only given, as follows. First, we need to connect a complex waveguide system from the source to the accelerator that converts the operating mode from the TE02 (circular) mode to fundamental rectangular waveguide while dividing the power equally in two. Second, we need to monitor the phase of the output signal and reduce any phase variations to an acceptable level for the accelerator. Both of these systems have been designed and constructed.
