Abstract :
Language, self-perception, humor, body language, and interpersonal expectations vary from culture to culture. The author examines some of the major problems of communicating in multicultural markets. There are a lack of knowledge of the culture and a lack of training in the culture. It is suggested that a closer look at the similarities and the differences in cultures can give a better grasp of communication tasks and ensure a greater degree of success
