Abstract :
This is the story of a transformation. It describes our work on a recent project to develop an online university for financial planners. The project required defining a new instructional model suitable for online learning, and developing the online materials using single sourcing methodology. Our story focuses on the background and theory (why we did what we did), and the process of reworking the content into the new online format (how we did it)
