Abstract :
In this paper we present a special type of microwave oven designed for effective heating of dielectric materials with low microwave energy absorption. This device especially developed for Research-Education Centre “Nanosystems and Advance Materials” of Novosibirsk State University opens up possibilities to utilize advantages of microwave heating in various scientific investigations and technologies on creation of materials and modification of their properties.
