Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
Recently researchers are paying increasing attention to the transformation of the mining cities in China and proposing various solutions, but we haven´t found the final solution methods and we need study hard continually. At present, Chinese government put forward the resources exploration compensation mechanism and the recession industry supporting mechanism. In this paper the author brings up her ideas and show how to carry out the two systems effectively and what measures we should take seriously.
