Abstract :
Interviewing engineers and users reveals product information. By speaking with those who build and use products, you collect and confirm vital facts, concepts, principles, processes, and procedures. You apply verbal and nonverbal communication skills when you question-and more importantly, listen for answers. This audience-participation workshop explores critical interviewing tactics. It´s truly user-centered, as attendees choose from a series of 14 activities and practice interviewing skills
