Abstract :
Summary form only given, as follows. We report a sintering experiment of alumina (Al/sub 2/O/sub 3/) and B/sub 4/C ceramics by using a compact gyrotron system. A 2.5 kW, 24 GHz compact gyrotron is used as a microwave radiation source.
