  • Abstract
    Summary form only given, as follows. There have been established earlier unknown plasma cooling regularities and its property changes by temperature regulating at charged and neutral particles, ensuring control process for plasma recombination rate and resulting in relaxation of current neutralization phenomenon of high current electron beam and increasing of distribution efficiency of laser and electromagnetic regulation of wave length microwave-range along the route containing water vapors.
