  • Abstract
    The results of the experimental investigation of matrix hybrid modules and IR thermograph systems (thermal imager with temperature resolution 4-8 mK based on InAs CID IR-detectors) are presented. The parameters obtained for thermography systems in the short-wave range close to background limit have been achieved.
