Abstract
Summary form only given, as follows. It is known from numerical simulation and from experiments (see, for example), that of a non-uniformity of electron density as discrete electron vortices are long-living structures in vacuum. However, in laboratory experiments, the enhancement of development processes of discrete vortical nonuniformities of electron density in spatially distributed electron plasma was observed. In other words electron vortices are changed faster, when they are submersed in electrons, distributed around them.
