Abstract :
Nanocomposites on the basis of CNT layers and nonstoichiometric tin dioxide (CNT/SnOx) have been obtained. Gas sensitivity to ethanol (C2H5OH) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2) vapor at the room temperature has been established.
