Customizing Project Management Methodology

Well-structured processes and methods are keys to successful construction and management of any project, however a formal methodology is detrimental when its costs outweigh the benefits, it provides. Moreover projects and teams differ, so one methodology won´t fit all of them. Different set of processes are required to manage different projects. This selection of processes for each project is not simple because a lot of factors effect the decision.
