Abstract
Mobile broadband services quickly emerged in some of the countries. This trend provides a rich opportunity for mobile video services. As the 3G services and data flat-rate services penetrate, various mobile video services emerge in Japan. The author presents the new business model examples that emerge. The author discusses the implications of the current mobile video service business in Japan. The author proposes a three-staged view model for mobile video business evolution on the mobile Internet.
