Abstract :
We showed that our specialist simulation platform allows for the efficient design and analysis of new high-power doped fiber applications. In particular, we discussed modeling and design issues of high-power CW and Q-switched Er, Yb and co-doped fiber lasers and amplifiers using core or cladding pumping. Simulation results have been compared with published experimental data.
