  • Abstract
    A vertical-cavity-surface-emitting-laser (VCSEL) driver chip fabricated in a commercially available SiGe technology is presented. The driver-is based on a common anode concept This enables a low noise and low power design for speeds up to 10 Gbps bit rate.
