Notice of Retraction

Whether it is a livable city or ecological city cannot only be judged through subjective perception. An objective method needs be utilized to make that judgment. This paper applies AHP method to determine the level of livability and ecology of Tianjin. Then, comparing analysis is made on its index system, weighing and final score. The results show that livable city should be in the pursuit of the overall development and progress, while ecological city needs to properly make up for the weakness of city construction under fine ecological environment.
