After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
The paper illustrated the relationship and significance between economic development and environmental protection. It gave designing principles and value analysis on ecological reverse logistics, then put forward how to set up a circle system structure on it. The paper also analyzed the encouraging means for it. The key point of the paper is its strategic value to save more resource and developing trend of reverse logistic based on ecological protection and its benefits to modern logistics and environment.
