Abstract
The authors compare the Novel Ocean Low SNR Signal (NOLOSS) Detector with three other signal processing methods. The comparison is conducted in a random multipath environment and under low signal to noise ratio (SNR) conditions. The improvement in SNR achieved with the NOLOSS detector for a vertical array receiver configuration is computed and analyzed.<>
