  • Abstract
    The compatibility of porous silicon, (PSi) and anodic bonding (AB) technologies for the realization of sensing microcomponents in lab-on-chip applications is demonstrated. Sensor for chemical and biological species have been fabricated promising further integration with optical and micromechanical devices.
