Abstract
An accurate linear model of a doubly-fed motor driven by a current mode power converter is deduced to analyze the magnetic field energy of a double-fed motor of a nonlinear system. A new scheme of a stator flux observer with parameter adaptation is proposed in this paper. The stability of the proposed adaptive flux observer is proved by Lyapunov´s theorem. The correctness of the theory is verified using computer simulation
