Abstract :
As far as the brushless DC motor (BLDCM) with porcelain steel fixed on the surface is concerned, the armature reaction is weak due to large machine equivalent air gap and weak armature reaction, so the effect of the machine´s constant power operation by armature reaction is not very obvious. The author puts forward a digital control method to realize constant power operation. Based on the nonlinear control object, fuzzy control rules are adopted and a stable fuzzy controller is designed. The method does not require a change of hardware and is very easy to implement. The results of computer simulation and experiments prove that this method is both feasible and valid
