Abstract :
This article is devoted to development of new method for vibration amplitude control, which is able to provide continuous measurement during ultrasonic technological processes. Thus, it is possible to control mechanical vibration amplitude of the radiating surface measuring part of electric current flowing through piezoelectric vibrating system. The experimental researches have confirmed efficiency and accuracy of this method.
