Abstract :
The paper is devoted to solving one of the problems that arises at the interconnection of electric power systems. In the case of a loss of generating capacity in one EPS of the interconnection, the operator of another system must render assistance within a short period of time. In order not to expose the operator to additional stress, it is suggested that the results of modified state estimation be used as an advice-giver.
